Mr. Rudisill is Chief Investment Officer of Hershey Trust Company and serves as executive of the Milton Hershey School Trust.  In addition, he is Treasurer of The M.S. Hershey Foundation.  Mr. Rudisill has spent his entire career with Hershey Trust Company, employed continuously since 1976.

He is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a degree in Economics. He also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Trust School at Bucknell University and the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.
