Mr. Ashcroft is Vice President and Trust Officer of Hershey Trust Company. Prior to joining Hershey Trust Company, he was Vice President and Trust Officer at the former Blue Ball National Bank. He has served in the trust industry in Central Pennsylvania for more than fifteen years.

Mr. Ashcroft received his B.S. degree from Shippensburg University and his M.B.A. from Lebanon Valley College.  He also is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Trust at Bucknell University and the American Bankers Association National Trust School.  In 2007, he achieved the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) as conferred by the Institute of Certified Bankers.

He is a member of the Hershey Rotary Club, the Lancaster Estate Planning Council, and the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Finance Committee of Trinity Lutheran Church, New Holland.
