This is true of our in-house fixed income and value equity styles of management as well as the differing styles of top asset managers with whom we have created strategic alliances to manage equity funds on behalf of our clients.

Hershey Trust Company is not permitted to disclose its historical equity and fixed income investment performance for the following reasons:

1. Federal securities laws prohibit public disclosure of the investment performance for funds (called common trust funds) which are managed solely on behalf of our private clients and which are not made available for sale to the general public (called mutual funds).
2. Individual asset portfolios are customized and tailored for each Hershey Trust client. Our Privacy Policy prohibits us from disclosing clients' individual asset management performance.
